Same issue on "Check for Updates"

Oops!
Lotus Notes was unable to check the IBM website for updates.

Please attempt to access this web site with an internet browser: Download DCT Now!

The "Download DCT Now" link works and I am able to download the dct.ntf but the release date on the Technote is 01/06/2009 so I am wondering if the template I download has the most current set of rules.
